摘要
介绍了高原野战环境特点及卫生装备器材使用概况,阐述了高原野战环境对卫生装备器材使用维护的影响并给出了应对措施,进一步分析了问题的成因并提出了加强顶层设计、完善标准建设、提升专业人才培养水平等建议,为高原地区野外驻训、遂行非战争军事行动中的卫生装备器材使用维护提供了参考。
The characteristics of plateau field conditions and the application of the medical equipment and devices were summarized.The influences of plateau field conditions on the use and maintenance of the medical equipment and devices were pointed out,and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly.The causes for the problems were analyzed,and some suggestions were proposed from the aspects of top-level design,standard and personnel training.References were provided for the use and maintenance of medical equipment and devices during stationed field training and support for military operations other than war in plateau field areas.
