摘要
佐剂是疫苗不可或缺的组成部分,佐剂不仅可以协助抗原增强免疫反应的幅度、广度和持久度,还可以改善抗原免疫原性弱的问题。近年除了应用最广泛的铝佐剂,还有MF59、AS04、AS03、AS01和CpG ODN 1018这5种佐剂被纳入实际应用。随着近年传染病流行趋于复杂,以及对疫苗佐剂作用机制的研究及生物技术的发展,疫苗佐剂的研发成为较热门研究方向。论文围绕近年的新型佐剂介绍了Toll样受体激动剂类佐剂、高分子复合材料类佐剂、天然产物类佐剂和表观遗传类佐剂的研发进展和作用机制,以期为疫苗佐剂的研发及应用提供参考。
Adjuvants are crucial components of vaccines as adjuvants enhance the magnitude,breadth,and duration of the immune response to the antigen.Adjuvants improve the weak immunogenicity of the antigen.In addition to aluminum adjuvants,five other adjuvants have been put into practical use:MF59,AS04,AS03,AS01,and CpG ODN 1018.Due to recent pandemics and advancements in biotechnology,vaccine adjuvant research and development has become a popular area of study.This article reviews recent research and development progress on novel adjuvants,including Toll-like receptor agonist adjuvants,polymer composite adjuvants,natural product adjuvants,and epigenetic adjuvants.The aim is to provide a reference for future research and application of vaccine adjuvants.
