摘要
河蟹螺原体病是我国三类动物疫病,其病原为中华绒螯蟹螺原体(Spiroplasma eriocheiris)。近年来,该病在我国主要河蟹养殖区均有发现,并给产业带来严重经济损失,是当前危害河蟹产业的主要病原之一。论文综述了河蟹螺原体病的研究现状,重点介绍了该病的病原学特征、临床症状、致病机制、诊断和防控方法等方面的最新研究进展,并对该病的综合防控途径进行了分析和展望,以期为河蟹螺原体病的深入研究和防控提供参考。
Spiroplasma eriocheiris is a major epidemiological agent that threatens cultured Eriocheir sinensis and has caused heavy economic losses in China in recent years.Spiroplasmosis is listed as a Class III animal disease in China currently.This article reviewed the current research status of spiroplasmosis,focusing on the latest research progress in the biological characteristics of the pathogen,clinical signs,pathogenesis,diagnostic methods,prevention and control of the disease.The comprehensive control approaches of the disease were also analyzed and prospected in order to provide useful references for further research of spiroplasmosis.
