1例鸡蛔虫与鸡痘混合感染病例的诊断与防治 被引量:2

A Case of the Diagnosis and Treatment of the Chicken Infected with Ascaridia galli and Avian Pox

摘要 鸡蛔虫病是一种由鸡蛔虫寄居于鸡、火鸡及珍珠鸡的小肠内所引起的体内线虫病,主要以渐行性消瘦、羽毛粗乱且无光泽、胸骨凸出及顽固性腹泻为特征性临床症状。而鸡痘病是一种急性、热性、接触性传染病。鸡痘病的主要特征性临床病变是在鸡的无毛或少毛等部位(如鸡冠、眼角、口角、肉髯)出现灰白色疣状样痘疹,以及在口腔、喉咙等黏膜上形成一层淡黄色坏死性假膜。各品种、日龄段的雏鸡均极易感染鸡蛔虫和鸡痘病毒,但2种病原体均以中雏鸡为最主要的危害对象。另外,鸡蛔虫病和鸡痘病均具有高流行性、高发病率等特征,但鸡痘病的致死率高于鸡蛔虫病。 Chicken's ascariasis is a parasitosis that is caused by Ascaridia galli parasitizing the small intestine of chicken using emaciation,rough feathers and diarrhea as its main clinical symptoms;Chicken's Pox is an acute,febrile and contagious diseases that is caused by Avian Pox virus though infecting damaged skin and mucous membrane of Chicken.The pathological characteristics of Chicken's Pox are appearing acne on the skins of hairless or oligotrichosis area and forming a necrotic cellulose pseudomembranes on oral and throat mucous membrane of Chicken.Each stage of Chickens can be infect with Chicken's ascariasis and Chicken's Pox,and these two disease mainly damage to Chickens with young age.The morbidity of Chicken's ascariasis and Chicken's Pox is higher than that of other diseases,but the mortality rate of Chicken's Pox is higher than that of Chicken's ascariasis in Chickens with young age.
