基于仿真技术的地下工程施工人员不安全行为干预效果研究

Research on the Intervention Effect of Unsafe Behavior of Underground Engineering Personnel by Simulation Technology

摘要 为有效降低地下工程施工人员行为安全事故,提升行为安全管理水平,基于JD-R理论,运用文献计量分析法、结构方程模型和系统动力学仿真技术,从工作需求、工作资源、损耗因素和激励因素4个维度构建了地下工程施工人员不安全行为影响模型,明晰了影响机理,并揭示了不同行为干预策略方案在时间维度下对地下工程施工人员不安全行为干预的效果。研究结果表明:工作需求、损耗因素均正向影响地下工程施工人员不安全行为,工作需求正向影响损耗因素;工作资源、激励因素均负向影响地下工程施工人员不安全行为,工作资源正向影响激励因素;增加工作需求和损耗各因素负担水平,均会导致地下工程施工人员不安全行为水平降速减缓,甚至出现反弹升高,工作压力、作业疲劳和不安全行为意向的影响最显著;提升工作资源与激励各因素促进水平,均会促使地下工程施工人员不安全行为水平降速加快,知识技能在提升力度较低时影响最显著,安全文化在提升力度较高时影响最显著。 In order to effectively reduce behavioral safety accidents of underground engineering personnel and improve the level of behavioral safety management,based on the JD-R theory,an unsafe behavior impact model for underground construction personnel was constructed from four dimensions of work demand,work resources,loss factors,and incentive factors by bibliometric analysis,structural equation modeling,and system dynamics simulation technology.The impact mechanism was clarified,and the effects of different behavioral intervention strategies on unsafe behavior of underground engineering personnel were revealed in terms of time dimension.The research results indicate that both job demands and loss factors have positive impact on the unsafe behavior of underground engineering personnel,and job demands have a positive impact;Both work resources and motivational factors have negative impact,while work resources have a positive impact on motivational factors;Both increasing the workload and consumption of various factors burden can cause a slowdown in the level of unsafe behavior among underground engineering personnel,and even a rebound increase.The impact of work pressure,job fatigue,and unsafe behavior intention are the most significant;Improving work resources and motivating various factors will accelerate the reduction of unsafe behavior levels.Knowledge and skills have the most significant impact when the level of improve ment decreases,and safety culture has the most significant impact when the level of improvement is higher.
