高速公路路面性能长期变化趋势与规律研究——以北京市为例 被引量:1

摘要 我国在历经40余年建成庞大的高速公路网的过程中,积累了大量的路面养护与维修数据。为进一步指导高速公路的养护与维修工作,亟需基于该数据对高速公路路面长期性能的演变规律进行分析。通过收集北京市2008—2023年高速公路建设、养护、路面性能等数据,分析了长时间跨度内高速公路建设和运营的特点、路面性能整体变化趋势和大修养护的长期效果与特点。结果表明:经历过大修的路面性能衰变速率更快,长期性能低于新建路面;大修不能使道路在使用过程中产生的损坏得到完全恢复,对路面深层结构的修复效果有待提升;利用回归分析方法建立了考虑不同养护历史的PCI预测模型,决定系数R2达0.8以上,准确性较高;新建路面和大修路面的路面性能衰变趋势不同,反映出二者具有本质性差异,即路面大修并不能完全恢复道路路面性能。研究结果可为北京市高速公路的养护与管理工作提供一定的参考,并可为其他城市提供借鉴。 Over the course of more than 40 years,China has developed a vast highway network and accumulated a wealth of pavement maintenance and repair data.In order to better guide the maintenance and repair of highways,it is essential to analyze the long-term performance evolution patterns of highway pavements based on the data.By collecting data of highway construction,maintenance,and pavement performance in Beijing from 2008 to 2023,the characteristics of highway construction and operation over a long period,the overall trend of pavement performance,and the long-term effects and characteristics of major repairs and maintenance are analyzed.The results show that sections major repaired have a faster deterioration rate of pavement performance and its long-term performance is lower than newly constructed sections;Major repairs can’t fully restore damage during the service life of the road.And the repair effects of the deeper pavement structure need improvement;A regression analysis method was used to establish a PCI prediction model that accounts for different maintenance histories,with an R2 coefficient greater than 0.8 and high accuracy;The pavement performance deterioration trends of newly constructed roads is different from those major repaired ones,reflecting an essential difference between them,which proves that major repairs can’t fully restore pavement performance.The research findings provide a reference for the maintenance of highways in Beijing as well as other cities.
