钢绞线生产线气刀吹干装置优化设计

Optimization design of air knife drying device for steel strand production line

摘要 综合分析钢绞线生产线气刀吹干装置结构的优缺点,对现有生产线气刀吹干装置进行优化设计,通过改固定式气刀为弹簧压紧式气刀,改单侧开合为双侧开合等措施,提高了水槽内断线的通过率。优化改进后,消除了拉坏气刀设备事故,降低了水槽内断线的处理难度,气刀等机械备件及压缩空气消耗率大幅降低,生产线运行稳定。 The advantages and disadvantages of air knife drying device structure in steel strand production line are comprehensively analyzed,optimization design of air knife drying device in existing production line is carried out.By changing fixed air knife to spring compressed air knife,changing unilateral opening and closing to bilateral opening and closing,passing rate of broken wire in water tank is improved.After optimization and improvement,accident of broken air knife equipment was eliminated,difficulty of handling broken wire in water tank was reduced,consumption rate of mechanical spare parts such as air knife and compressed air was significantly reduced,production line was stable.
