线能量对Q960E钢焊接热影响区组织及力学性能的影响

摘要 利用热机械模拟试验机对Q960E钢不同焊接线能量的热影响区进行模拟,对显微组织及力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明:Q960E钢的显微组织为回火索氏体。随着焊接线能量从1.0 kJ/mm增加到3.0 kJ/mm,热影响区的组织由粗大板条马氏体逐渐向贝氏体和马氏体混合组织转变,无残余奥氏体组织。不预热的试样热模拟后低温冲击功在一定范围内波动,最大冲击功为33 J,最小冲击功为23 J。而预热温度100℃的试样热模拟后低温冲击功在线能量2.5 kJ/mm时最低4 J。随着线能量增加,抗拉强度由1325.9 MPa降低到1043.3 MPa。根据显微组织以及力学性能分析,Q960E低合金高强度钢在预热温度100℃,焊接线能量2.0 kJ/mm时综合性能最优。 To simulate heat affected zones of Q960E steel under different welding heat input by adopting thermal mechanical simulation testing machine,microstructure and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.Results show that microstructure of Q960E steel is tempered sorbite.As welding heat input increased from 1.0 kJ/mm to 3.0 kJ/mm,structure of heat affected zone gradually changed from thick lath martensite structure to mixture of bainite and martensite without residual austenite structure.The impact toughness of unpreheated sample after thermal simulation fluctuates within a range,with maximum impact energy of 33 J and minimum of 23 J.Conversely,preheated sample at 100℃showed minimum low temperature impact energy of only 4 J at heat input of 2.5 kJ/mm.With increasing heat input,tensile strength reduced from 1325.9 MPa to 1043.3 MPa.Based on analysis of microstructure and mechanical properties,Q960E low alloy high strength steel achieves optimum comprehensive performance when preheated 100℃and using welding heat input 2.0 kJ/mm.
