摘要
随着新兴产业的涌现和传统产业的转型升级,社会对跨专业、综合素质突出的复合型人才的需求成为主流。高水平专业群注重培养学生的综合素质和创新能力,为产业升级和转型提供了有力的人才支撑,如何有效提升专业群建设水平迫在眉睫。文章以“四链”融合为指导探索了高水平专业群的建设路径,以打造“五金”为核心任务进行了高水平专业群的建设实践。
With the emergence of emerging industries and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,the demand for interdisciplinary and comprehensive-quality compound talents has become the mainstream.High-level professional groups focus on cultivating students'comprehensive qualities and innovation abilities,providing strong talent support for industrial upgrading and transformation.How to effectively improve the construction level of professional groups is imminent.This paper explores the construction path of high-level professional groups under the guidance of the integration of"Four Chains",and conducts the construction practice of high-level professional groups with the core task of creating"Five Treasures".
