高职医学基础课程教学中临床案例引用研究

摘要 高职医学基础课程对医学生的培养至关重要,教学中临床案例的引用具有多方面的意义。然而当前教学中存在案例选取盲目、改编失当、应用机械、整合孤立等问题。本研究通过构建科学遴选体系、精准改编流程、有机应用模式与协同整合机制,旨在提升教学效果,培养学生的临床思维与综合素养,以适应社会对实用型医学人才的需求,为优化高职医学基础课程教学提供理论与实践参考。 The basic medical courses in vocational colleges are crucial for the cultivation of medical students,and the use of clinical cases in teaching has multiple meanings.However,there are problems in current teaching such as blind case selection,improper adaptation,mechanical application,and integration isolation.This study aims to improve teaching effectiveness,cultivate students'clinical thinking and comprehensive literacy by constructing a scientific selection system,precise adaptation process,organic application mode,and collaborative integration mechanism,in order to meet the demand of society for practical medical talents and provide theoretical and practical references for optimizing the teaching of medical basic courses in higher vocational education.
