摘要
在文献分析的基础上,通过问卷法对高职学前教育专业学生及教师关于营口职业技术学院人才培养情况进行调查,通过访谈法向幼儿园园长了解实习生工作情况及所需人才的能力要求;从而探讨高职学前教育专业人才培养体系的不足之处,为改革高职学前教育专业人才培养体系、提升学生职业能力提出具有针对性的解决对策:明确基于提升职业能力的人才培养目标;进一步完善实践教学体系;以职业能力为本,细化培养要求;完善教学评价体系,发挥评价导向性作用。
On the basis of literature analysis,the questionnaire method was used among students and teachers of preschool education major to investigate the talent training situation of Yingkou Vocational and Technical College,and the kindergarten principals were asked about the work situation of interns and the ability requirements for required talents through interviews.This paper probes into the shortcomings of talent training system of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward targeted solutions to reforming the talent training system of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges to improve students’vocational ability.It needs to clearly define the goal of talent training based on improving professional ability;further improve the practical teaching system;refine training requirements based on professional ability;improve the teaching evaluation system and give play to the guiding role of evaluation.
