摘要
【目的】本研究旨在分析科技型中小企业的融资需求与知识产权服务的关系,探讨知识产权运营基金如何赋能企业融资,促进企业高质量发展。【方法】通过文献研究和案例分析,结合河南省知识产权运营基金的实践情况,深入分析知识产权融资的现状与挑战,研究知识产权运营基金的运作模式及其对企业的支持效果。【结果】知识产权运营基金作为创新融资模式,已为多个科技型中小企业提供了资金支持,帮助其提升市场估值。然而,知识产权的价值评估困难、法律保护机制不完善、金融机构对知识产权的认知不足等问题限制了知识产权运营基金的进一步发展。【结论】知识产权运营基金在促进企业融资和高质量发展方面具有重要作用,但仍需解决政策支持、法律完善和技术创新等多方面的挑战。未来,应完善和加强知识产权的评估机制和法律保护,以促进其更广泛地应用和发展。
[Purposes]This paper aims to analyze the relationship between the financing needs of technology-based SMEs and intellectual property services,and explore how intellectual property operating funds can empower corporate financing and promote high-quality development of enterprises.[Methods]Through literature research and case analysis,combined with the practice of intellectual property operation fund in Henan Province,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and challenges of intellectual property financing,and studies the operation model of intellectual property operation fund and its support effect on enterprises.[Findings]The study finds that intellectual property operation funds,as an innovative financing model,have provided financial support to several technology-based SMEs,improving their market valuations.However,challenges such as difficulties in valuing intellectual property,inadequate legal protections,and insufficient recognition by financial institutions hinder further development.[Conclusions]Intellectual property operation funds play a crucial role in facilitating enterprise financing and promoting high-quality development.However,challenges related to policy support,legal refinement,and technological innovation remain to be addressed.In the future,it is imperative to strengthen the evaluation mechanisms and legal protections for intellectual property to encourage broader application and development.
