摘要
【目的】为满足北方某市治理通沟污泥的需求,设计建设通沟污泥处理站。【方法】首先分析该地区管网沉积淤泥的特性、来源及体量,其次通过工程设计实例,对处理工艺进行比选。【结果】确定工艺流程采用四段式处理工艺,筛分“粗大物料、细砂、有机栅渣及超细砂”。【结论】通过在现况污水处理厂内设置通沟污泥处理站,实现了通沟污泥的全流程处理。
[Purposes]In order to meet the demand of a city in the north for treating sewage sludge,a sewer sludge treatment station was designed and constructed.[Methods]Analyse the characteristics,sources and volume of the sediment in the pipeline of the area,and compare the treatment processes through engineering design examples.[Findings]The process flow is determined to adopt a four-stage treatment process,separate"coarse materials,fine sand,organic bar screen residue,and ultraine sand".[Conclusions]By setting up a sewer sludge treatment station in the existing wastewater treatment plant,the entire process of sewer sludge treatment can be realized.
