摘要
【目的】静止型无功补偿发生器(SVG)在电力系统无功控制和谐波补偿中发挥重要作用,但在运行过程中,SVG产生的噪声较高,影响周围居住环境。为降低噪声对环境影响,有必要对水冷型SVG降噪方法进行研究。【方法】首先,通过优化风机设计,从本体出发,进行降噪处理;其次,增加隔音板,从传播途径上实现对噪声的物理隔绝。【结果】实例一:调整风机数量并降低风速方案后,实测SVG外部噪声为51.5 dB(A),满足要求。实例二:增加隔音罩后,能将噪声有效控制在昼间54.8 dB(A)、夜间41.4 dB(A),满足要求。【结论】采用大面积低速风机散热系统,风机接线采用星接方式,同时增加隔音罩进行降噪,能有效从本体及噪声路径上处理噪声。
[Purposes]Static Var Compensator Generator(SVG)plays an important role in reactive power control and harmonic compensation in power systems.However,SVG generates high levels of noise during operation,which affects the surrounding living environment.In order to reduce the impact of noise on the environment,it is necessary to study the noise reduction method of water cooled SVG.[Methods]Firstly,by optimizing the design of the fan,the noise reduction processing is carried out from the body;secondly,the sound insulation board is added to realize the physical isolation of noise from the propagation path.[Findings]In example 1,after adjusting the number of fans and reducing the wind speed,the measured external noise of SVG is 51.5 dB(A),which meets the requirements.In example 2,the noise can be effectively controlled at 54.8 dB(A)in the daytime and 41.4 dB(A)at night after the sound insulation cover is added,which meets the requirements.[Conclusions]The large-area low-speed fan cooling system is adopted,and the fan wiring adopts star wiring.At the same time,the sound insulation cover is added for noise reduction,which can effectively deal with noise from the body and noise path.
