摘要
在新一轮科技革命与产业革命的重大历史阶段,新质生产力为加速构建现代化产业体系创造了驱动力。新质生产力由能力不断提升的“新劳动者”、形式介质不断更新的“新生产资料”、新料质的“新劳动对象”三大要素所构成,其赋能现代化产业体系构建的内涵是以新质生产力推动数字实体融合化、产业结构高端化、核心技术自主化以及生产流通绿色化。现阶段,新质生产力赋能现代化产业体系面临产业体系融合化不足、核心技术自主化水平滞后、产业体系绿色化发展薄弱等困境,需要以新质生产力推动数实融合、加强产业链协作与高端化转型、健全人才培育生态体系、构建绿色低碳供应链,助推新质生产力成为驱动我国经济高质量发展的核心动力。
At the significant historical stage of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,new quality productive forces have created the driving force for accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system.New quality productive forces are composed of three major elements:“new laborers”with continuously improving capabilities,“new means of production”with constantly updated forms and media,and“new objects of labor”with new materials.The connotations of its empowering the construction of a modern industrial system is to promote the integration of digital and physical entities,the upgrading of industrial structure,the autonomy of core technologies,and the greening of production and circulation through new quality productive forces.At present,new quality productive forces empowering the modern industrial system is faced with dilemmas such as insufficient integration of the industrial system,lagging autonomy level of core technologies,and weak green development of the industrial system.It is necessary to promote the integration of digital and physical entities with new quality productive forces,strengthen industrial chain collaboration and high-end transformation,improve the ecological system for talent cultivation,and build a green and low-carbon supply chain,so as to boost new quality productive forces to become the core driving force for the high-quality development of China’s economy.
