摘要
推动高职学生创业教育高质量发展是新发展阶段高职院校提高人才供给质量,增强学生职业发展核心竞争力与潜力的必然要求。在基于外部资源投入的“扶资”式外延扩张发展模式转向基于资源深度融合的“扶智”式内涵质量发展模式的背景下,阐释了高职学生创业教育高质量发展的三重动力机制;提出弘扬劳模精神,升华高职学生创业教育的价值内涵。基于以上研究,提出专业教育和创业教育融合是高职学生创业教育高质量发展的有效路径,进而提出深化课程思政建设、培养师资队伍创业教育意识和能力、依托生产实践平台增强高职学生创业实践能力、构建创业教育生态系统等政策建议。
To promote the high-quality development of vocational college studentsentrepreneurship education is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent supply and enhance the core competitiveness and potential of studentscareer development in the new development stage.In the context of shifting from an extensive expansion development model ofsupporting investment based on external resource input to an intensive quality development model ofsupporting intelligent based on deep integration of resources this paper elucidates the threefold dynamic mechanisms for the high-quality development of entrepreneurship education for vocational college students.Additionally it is proposed to promote the spirit of model workers to enrich the value dimension of entrepreneurship education for vocational students.Based on the research above it is proposed that integration of specialization and innovation education is an effective path for the high-quality development of entrepreneurship education for vocational college students.Accordingly the following policy recommendations are put forward deepening the construction of ideological and political courses cultivating teachersawareness of and capabilities in entrepreneurship education enhancing vocational college studentsentrepreneurial practice abilities through production practice platforms building an entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
