摘要
电动汽车的高压用电安全是通过高压互锁系统实现技术防范。文章阐述电动汽车高压互锁系统的工作原理和技术防范方法,分析吉利帝豪EV300电动汽车的高压互锁系统技术实现途径,并就案例分析高压互锁系统的自身故障对车辆的正常使用的影响,对电动汽车的高压互锁系统的设计和使用维修等方面具有一定的改进和借鉴意义。
The high voltage electrical safety of electric vehicles is realized through the high voltage interlock system.This paper describes the working principle and technical prevention method of the high voltage interlock system of electric vehicles,analyzes the technical realization way of the high voltage interlock system of Geely Emgrand EV300 electric vehicles,and analyzes the impact of the failure of the high voltage interlock system on the normal use of vehicles.It has certain improvement and reference significance for the design,use and maintenance of the high voltage interlock system of electric vehicles.
