摘要
新型双通道蓄热室马蹄焰玻璃窑炉有效地解决了狭窄空间玻璃生产线节能扩产问题。通过在蓄热二室顶部安置烟囱,烟囱下部设计成文丘里管形状,内装引射风管,利用文丘里管中流过引射风机制造的高速气流在烟囱根部形成抽力携裹烟气排出烟囱。该设计为众多厂区狭窄的玻璃厂提供了节能改造和扩产的解决方案。
The new double-channel regenerator end flame glass furnace effectively addressed the energy-saving and production expansion challenges faced by glass factories in the narrow factory areas.The chimney was placed on the top of the second regenerator chamber,and the lower part of the chimney was designed into a venturi tube shape,with an ejector air tube installed inside.The high-speed airflow from the ejector fan created a suction force root of the chimney through the venturi tube,carring the wrapped flue gas out of the chimney.This design provided a solution for energy-saving transformation and production expansion of many glass factories with limited plant areas.
