莱阳梨的营养价值及加工技术研究进展

摘要 莱阳梨富含多种有效成分,营养丰富,具有提高机体抗氧化能力、调节机体糖脂代谢和改善肠道健康等作用。本文阐述了莱阳梨的营养成分,总结了莱阳梨相关加工产品的加工技术和工艺流程,并对莱阳梨未来的研究和开发方向进行了展望,以期为推动莱阳梨精深加工和产业发展提供参考。 Laiyang pear is rich in a variety of active ingredients and nutrients,which have the functions of improving the body’s antioxidant capacity,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,and enhancing intestinal health.This paper expounds on the nutritional composition of Laiyang pear,summarizes the processing technology and technological processes of Laiyang pear related processed products,and looks forward to the future research and development direction of Laiyang pear,in order to provide a reference for promoting the deep processing and industrial development of Laiyang pear.
