摘要
本试验通过单因素和响应面试验确定油茶饼粕中茶皂素的最佳提取条件为超声温度70℃,超声时间3.0 h、料液比1∶15,该条件下茶皂素提取率为9.53%±0.67%。油茶饼粕中提取的茶皂素对福寿螺的毒杀效果试验结果表明,茶皂素处理福寿螺48 h相较于24 h的毒杀作用更强。当茶皂素浓度达到0.5%时,福寿螺毒杀校正死亡率接近100%。
The optimal extraction conditions for tea saponin in Camellia oleifera Abel cake meal were determined through single factor and response interviews as follows,ultrasonic temperature of 70℃,ultrasonic time of 3.0 h,material-liquid ratio of 1∶15,and under this condition,the tea saponin extraction rate of 9.53%±0.67%.The poison effect of tea saponin extracted from Camellia oleifera Abel cake meal on Pomacea canaliculata showed that the poison effect of tea saponin on Pomacea canaliculata for 48 h was stronger than that for 24 h.When the concentration of tea saponin reached 0.5%,the corrected mortality rate of Pomacea canaliculatas was close to 100%.
