摘要
传统10 kV环网柜操作平台在软件协同与智能化支持方面存在不足,导致操作耗时较长,影响了电力系统的运维效率。为此提出便携式多功能10 kV环网柜操作平台的创新设计与应用。平台结构简化创新设计为外部连接单元、模拟控制单元组成两部分组成,在平台硬件方面对单片机、故障信号灯、信号放大器、数据处理显示器、防误设备选型与设计,并且对平台面材料创新设计,在平台软件方面采用云平台对环网柜模拟操作数据协同,采用路网模式技术构建操作模型,实现对环网柜智能操作,实现便携式多功能10 kV环网柜操作平台的创新设计。经实验证明,创新后操作平台操作耗时节省了将近10 min,平台便捷性能良好。
The traditional 10 kV ring main unit operation platform has shortcomings in software collaboration and intelligent support,resulting in long operation time and affecting the operation and maintenance efficiency of the power system.Therefore,an innovative design and application of a portable multifunctional 10 kV ring main unit operating platform is proposed.The platform structure is simplified and innovatively designed to consist of two parts:an external connection unit and a simulation control unit.In terms of platform hardware,the selection and design of microcontrollers,fault signal lights,signal amplifiers,data processing displays,and error prevention devices are carried out.In addition,innovative design of platform materials is adopted.In terms of platform software,cloud platform is used to simulate operation data collaboration of ring main units,and road network mode technology is used to construct operation models,realizing intelligent operation of ring main units and innovative design of portable multifunctional 10 kV ring main unit operation platform.Through experiments,it has been proven that the innovative operating platform saves nearly 10 minutes in operating time and has good convenience and performance.
