摘要 本文探讨了2024年全球硬质合金刀具技术的发展现状及未来趋势。随着制造业、建筑业和航空航天等行业对高性能、耐磨切削刀具需求的不断增加,全球硬质合金刀具市场预计将从2024年的115.4亿美元增长至2032年的184.1亿美元,年均增长率在6.0%至7.1%之间。技术进步方面,先进涂层技术、智能制造和混合材料刀具的应用显著提升了刀具的性能与使用寿命。同时,硬质合金刀具在汽车、航空航天及建筑等行业的应用也在快速扩展,满足了对轻量化和高精度加工的需求。未来发展趋势主要集中在智能化制造、可持续性和环保方面,包括智能刀具的研发、生态友好材料的使用以及废物回收与再利用的实施。此外,新兴行业如电动汽车和可再生能源的崛起,将进一步推动对高性能硬质合金刀具的需求。综上所述,硬质合金刀具技术正朝着更高效、更环保和智能化的方向发展,为制造业带来新的机遇与挑战。 This paper discusses the current development status and future trends of global cemented carbide cutting tool technology in 2024.As the demand for high-performance and wear-resistant cutting tools in industries like manufacturing,construction,and aerospace continues to grow,the global cemented carbide cutting tool market is expected to expand from$115.4 billion in 2024 to$184.1 billion in 2032,with an average annual growth rate between 6.0%and 7.1%.In terms of technological advancements,the application of advanced coating technologies,intelligent manufacturing,and hybrid material cutting tools has significantly enhanced the performance and service life of cutting tools.Meanwhile,the application of cemented carbide cutting tools in industries such as automobiles,aerospace,and construction is also rapidly expanding,meeting the requirements for lightweight and high-precision processing.Future development trends mainly concentrate on intelligent manufacturing,sustainability,and environmental protection,including the research and development of intelligent cutting tools,the use of environmentally friendly materials,and the implementation of waste recycling and reuse.Moreover,the rise of emerging industries such as electric vehicles and renewable energy will further boost the demand for high-performance cemented carbide cutting tools.In conclusion,cemented carbide cutting tool technology is advancing towards a more efficient,environmentally friendly,and intelligent direction,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the manufacturing industry.
