基于EGR的防爆柴油机排放控制技术研究

摘要 针对矿用防爆柴油机排放污染问题,本文设计并验证了一种综合性的防爆柴油机EGR控制系统,该系统集成了监控模块、位置传感器反馈模块、控制状态模块及位置控制模块。通过台架试验,搭载该控制系统的防爆柴油机表现出以下特点:动力系统性能稳定,未发生显著变化;CO排放浓度虽有小幅上升,但仍符合非道路国三排放标准;NO x排放浓度得到显著改善,降低幅度在6.3%~30.3%之间。 In order to solve the problem of emission pollution of mine explosion-proof diesel engine,a comprehensive explosion-proof diesel engine EGR control system is designed and verified,which integrates a monitoring module,a position sensor feedback module,a control status module and a position control module.Through the bench test,the explosion-proof diesel engine equipped with the control system shows the following characteristics:the power system performance is stable and has not changed significantly;Although the CO emission concentration increased slightly,it still met the non-road China III emission standard;NO x emission concentrations have improved significantly,ranging from 6.3%to 30.3%.
