摘要
深化医改重点工作着眼于医保、医疗、医药协同发展和治理,着眼于推动卫生健康事业高质量发展。在这一背景下,民营医院将面临更多的挑战,为了能够应对各种挑战,抓住医疗体系改革带来的机遇,需要加强法治化建设,以便能够将法律合规贯穿到医院的各个环节中,从而使民营医院能够更加顺应医药卫生体制改革的要求。对此,从民营医院法治化建设的内涵入手,阐述了医改背景下民营医院法治化建设的重要意义,分析了民营医院法治化建设现状,提出了医改背景下民营医院法治化建设的实践策略,旨在为民营医院推进法治化建设进程提供参考。
The key tasks of deepening healthcare reform focus on the coordinated development and governance of medical insurance,healthcare services,and pharmaceuticals,as well as on advancing the high-quality development of the health sector.In this context,private hospitals will face increasing challenges.To address these challenges and capitalize on the opportunities presented by healthcare reform,it is essential to enhance legal compliance development,ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are embedded in all aspects of hospital operations.This will enable private hospitals to better align with the goals of the healthcare reform.Beginning with the definition of legal compliance development in private hospitals,the significance of such development in the context of healthcare reform is elaborated,the current state is analyzed,and practical strategies for advancing legal compliance in private hospitals are proposed.The aim is to provide a reference for private hospitals to enhance their legal compliance practices.
