摘要
Taking illite as the research object,through safety testing,human efficacy evaluation,in vitro bacteriostatic test and zebrafish model testing multi-dimensional evaluation of the safety and efficacy of illite.The results show that:48 h human closed patch test and 7 days sensitive cosmetics using test,none of the skin adverse reactions;Human efficacy evaluation,illite can effectively clean skin fat and inhibit oil secretion;10%illite can inhibit more than 90%of propionibacterium acnes,staphylococcus epidermidis,malassezia,and microsporum canis;zebrafish soothing model testing,5%illite can significantly reduce the stimulus of SDS on zebrafish embryo.In summary,illite has excellent skin safety,cleaning and oil control effects,and has both relief and bacteriostatic effects.
