摘要
为探究污水治理资金投入与生态效益之间的关联性,文中从宁波市推出的“甬有碧水”专项攻坚行动出发,通过计算治污投入指数,分析近三年污水治理资金投入对地区生产总值以及水质变化情况的影响,表明虽短期内污水治理资金投入不能直接促进当地经济发展或产生明显生态效益,但长期合理规划投入污水治理资金,实施治水工程能显著提升水质,可为持续促进生态环境治理与经济发展协同提供参考。
To explore the correlation between sewage treatment funding and ecological benefits,this article starts from the'Ningbo has clear water'special action launched by Ningbo City,and analyzes the impact of sewage treatment funding on the gross domestic product and water quality changes in the region through calculating the sewage treatment funding index over the past three years.It is concluded that although sewage treatment funding does not directly promote local economic development or produce significant ecological benefits in the short term,long-term rational planning and investment in sewage treatment funds and implementing water treatment projects can significantly improve water quality and provide guidance for continuously promoting the coordination of ecological environment governance and economic development.
