摘要
利用TBM隧道洞渣废物生产洞渣粗骨料混凝土,对于减少环境污染、实现固废循环利用具有重要意义。文中对隧道洞渣骨料进行强化处理,研究了洞渣粗骨料取代率对混凝土力学性能和收缩性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着洞渣骨料取代率的增加,混凝土的力学性能呈下降趋势,28 d强度降幅约为18%,91 d收缩率有所增加,但均能完全满足实际工程要求,可为隧道洞渣在混凝土行业的工程应用提供数据支撑。
The utilization of TBM tunnel muck waste to produce coarse aggregate concrete has significant implications for reducing environmental pollution and promoting the recycling of solid waste.This study conducted enhanced treatment of tunnel muck aggregates and investigated the effect of coarse aggregate replacement rates on the mechanical and shrinkage properties of concrete.The results indicate that as the replacement rate of tunnel muck aggregates increases,the mechanical properties of the concrete show a declining trend,with a 28-day strength reduction of approximately 18%.The 91-day shrinkage rate also increases with higher replacement rates but remains within acceptable limits for practical engineering applications.These findings demonstrate that tunnel muck aggregates can fully meet the requirements of actual projects,providing valuable data support for their application in the concrete industry.
