摘要
汪海珍教授结合湖湘中医皮科流派“皮损直观辨治”及“取象比类”思维方法,将三焦之象形思维用于脂溢性脱发的辨证论治,认为本病主要病机为肺经风热之邪上攻头面;或痰湿中阻升降失司;或因肝肾不足肾失温煦,血虚失养。根据临床经验将其分为肺经风热证、脾胃湿热证、肝肾不足证三大主要证型,遣方用药取“轻清”“平泻”“重沉”的特点,以“清轻宣肺”“清热除湿”“潜藏培本”为主要治则,治疗注重祛邪培本。
Professor Wang Haizhen combines the thinking methods of"intuitive treatment based on disease differentiation of skin lesions"and"classification according to manifestation"in the dermatology school of traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan,and applies xiang thinking of sanjiao to treatment based on disease differentiation of seborrheic alopecia.Professor Wang believes that the main pathogenesis of this disease is the invasion of wind-heat pathogenic toxin from the lung meridian on the head and face;Or ascending descending disharmony due to fullness with syndrome of phlegm-damp blocking middle jiao;Or due to insufficient liver and kidney function,the kidneys may lose warmth and blood deficiency may lead to malnutrition.According to clinical experience,it can be divided into three main types of syndromes,namely pattern of wind-heat in lung channel,syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,and syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney.The prescription prescribed by a doctor for treating a disease is characterized by"light clearing","uniform reducing method",and"heavy deposition",with the main treatment principles of"ventilating lung qi lightly","clearing heat and removing dampness",and"cultivating the root and storing the essence".The treatment focuses on eliminating pathogen and cultivating vital qi.
