摘要
动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的预防和治疗,一直是近年来的研究热点。越来越多的研究表明,沉默信息调节因子1(silent information regulator1,Sirt1)在AS的发生与发展过程中起着重要作用。找到能够通过Sirt1调控AS的药物以预防和治疗AS便具有重要的意义。该研究对Sirt1进行概述,并对近年来药物通过Sirt1调控AS的研究进展进行综述,以期为AS的进一步研究及治疗提供部分思路。
The prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis(AS)has been a research hotspot in recent years.More and more studies have shown that silent information regulator 1(Sirt1)plays an important role in the occurrence and development of AS.It is of great sig-nificance to find drugs that can regulate AS through Sirt1 to prevent and treat AS.This study provides a summary of Sirt1 and reviews the research progress in the regulation of AS by drugs through Sirt1 in recent years,so as to provide some ideas for further research and treatment of AS.
