摘要
目的观察太极头八针联合利培酮治疗男性偏执型精神分裂症患者的疗效、安全性及对认知功能影响。方法选取2021年9月至2023年9月在十堰市中西医结合医院精神科住院治疗的男性偏执型精神分裂症患者100例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用利培酮联合太极头八针治疗,对照组使用利培酮治疗。在治疗第0、4、8、12周末各评定1次阳性与阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)、治疗时出现的症状量表(TESS),在治疗第0、12周末各评定1次简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)。结果治疗第4、8、12周后,两组组间比较、时间点比较及交互作用比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周后,观察组副反应总发生率(28.00%)低于对照组(58.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第12周后,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太极头八针联合利培酮与单用利培酮相比,能显著改善男性偏执型精神分裂症患者阳性症状、阴性症状及认知功能损害症状,且副作用较低。
Objective To observe the efficacy,safety,and impact on cognitive function of Taiji eight scalp needles combined with risperidone in the treatment of male paranoid schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 100 male patients with paranoid schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Shiyan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The observation group was treated with risperidone combined with Taiji eight s calp needles,while the control gr oup was treated with r isperidone.At the end of the 0th,4th,8th,and 12th week of treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)were evaluated.At the end of the 0th and 12th week of treatment,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)was evaluated.Results After the 4th,8th and 12th week of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in comparison between the two groups,time point comparison and interaction(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the total incidence of side effects in the observation group(28.00%)was lower than that in the control group(58.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the 12th week of treatment,the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with risperidone alone,Taiji eight scalp needles combined with risperidone can significantly improve the positive symptoms,negative symptoms and cognitive impairment symptoms of male paranoid schizophrenia patients with low side effects.
