摘要
构建强有力的话语体系、加强国际话语权是建设社会主义文化强国的现实需要。当前,中国话语体系正面临着西方话语霸权、中外文化差异、国际传播力薄弱诸多挑战的冲击,这就需要充分发挥英语外宣翻译在拓宽对外话语表达渠道、加快对外开放进程、弘扬中华优秀传统文化等方面的重要作用,以英语外宣翻译为核心推动话语体系的建构和完善。基于近年来中国在英语外宣话语体系构建的翻译实践中取得的优秀经验,应从话语创新、价值凝聚、多元协同、科技赋能多维度入手,以英语外宣翻译为主要形式对世界各国进行文化和话语输出,让国外民众了解并理解真实的中国,塑造中国积极向上、可敬、可信、可爱的国际形象,为社会主义文化强国建设奠定良好的外部环境基础。
Building a strong discourse system and strengthening international discourse power are practical needs for building a socialist cultural power.Currently,the Chinese discourse system is facing challenges such as Western discourse hegemony,cultural differences between China and foreign countries,and weak international communication.This requires fully leveraging the important role of English translation in expanding channels for external discourse expression,accelerating the process of opening up to the outside world,and promoting excellent traditional culture,with English external communication translation as the core to promote the construction and improvement of the discourse system.Based on the excellent experience which China has gained in the construction of its English translation discourse system in recent years,it is needed to start from multiple dimensions such as discourse innovation,value cohesion,diverse collaboration,and technological empowerment.External publicity translation in English should be the main form of cultural and discourse output to countries around the world,so that foreign people can understand and comprehend the real China,shape a positive,respectable,trustworthy,and lovely international image of China,and lay a good external environment foundation for the construction of a socialist cultural power.
