摘要
癌性胸水(也称恶性胸腔积液)属于中医“悬饮”“支饮”范畴,是肺癌最常见的并发症之一,可严重影响患者的生存质量,治疗难度较大。国医大师刘嘉湘教授熟读经典,擅长运用经方治疗恶性肿瘤,结合自己从事中医肿瘤六十余年经验,在基于“温药和之”治疗癌性胸水方面总结出了独到的经验,在临床上也取得了颇为显著的疗效。文章总结了刘教授在治疗癌性胸水方面的心得体会,并附有验案一则,以期对癌性胸水的治疗提供思路。
Cancerous pleural effusion(also known as malignant Pleural effusion)belongs to the category of“suspension drink”and“support drink”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is one of the most common complications of lung cancer,which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients and is difficult to treat.Professor Liu Jiaxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is proficient in classic Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Combining his decades of experience in traditional Chinese medicine oncology,he has summarized unique experience in treating cancerous pleural effusion and has achieved significant clinical efficacy with the theory of“Harmonization with Warm Medicinals”.The case summarizes Professor Liu's experience in treating cancerous pleural effusion,and includes a case study to provide ideas for the treatment of cancerous pleural effusion.
