摘要
目的探讨对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者采用共情护理联合治疗性沟通方式对自我负担和应对方式的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2023年7月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院收治的40例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组20例。参照组给予常规护理,研究组给予共情护理联合治疗性沟通方式。比较两组患者的自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分及负性情绪评分[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]。结果护理后,研究组患者的SPBS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后的屈服、回避评分低于参照组,面对评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗期间,对老年COPD患者进行共情护理联合治疗性沟通方式干预,可降低患者的自我负担、改善应对方式及负性情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of empathic nursing combined with therapeutic communication on self-burden and coping style in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 40 elderly COPD patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from February 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given empathic nursing combined with therapeutic communication.The scores of the self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),the medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)and the negative emotion scores(self-rating depression scale[SDS]and self-rating anxiety scale[SAS])of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,SPBS,SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The yield and avoidance scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group,and the face scores were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment,empathic nursing combined with therapeutic communication intervention in elderly COPD patients can reduce their self-burden,improve their coping style and negative emotions.
