摘要
西地那非是一种选择性磷酸二酯酶-5(PDE5)抑制剂,自1998年用于治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)以来,已显示出良好的安全性和有效性。近年来,西地那非的临床应用不断扩展,被发现可用于治疗肺动脉高压,并通过舒张肺血管平滑肌、降低肺血管阻力来发挥作用。此外,研究还表明西地那非可能与阿尔茨海默病的预防和治疗有关,能够改善大脑功能并减少神经退行性疾病的过程。随着研究的深入,西地那非的临床应用前景将更加广阔,为更多患者带来福音。本文就西地那非的临床应用情况进行综述。
Sildenafil citrate,a selective phosphodiesterase-5(PDE5)inhibitor,has demonstrated good safety and efficacy in the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED)since 1998.In recent years,the clinical application of sildenafil has been expanding,and it has been found that sildenafil can be used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension by relaxing pulmonary vascular smooth muscle and reducing pulmonary vascular resistance.In addition,it has been shown that sildenafil may be associated with the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease,improving brain function and reducing the progression of neurodegenerative diseases.With the deepening of research,sildenafil shows a broader prospect in clinical application,bringing hope and benefits to more patients.This article provides a brief overview of the clinical application of sildenafil.
