摘要
目的观察针刺联合火龙罐综合灸用于气虚血瘀型顽固性面瘫患者的效果。方法选取2023年10月至2024年9月湖北省中医院针灸科收治的220例气虚血瘀型顽固性面瘫患者,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组110例。对照组在辨证施护的基础上给予常规针刺,观察组在对照组的基础上加用火龙罐综合灸,连续干预2周。比较两组干预前后H-B面神经功能分级量表,面部残疾指数量表,患侧面动脉下颌段阻力指数(RI)、舒张末期流速(EDV)及收缩期最大流速(PSV);比较两组临床疗效。结果干预后,两组面神经功能分级优于干预前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组躯体功能评分高于干预前,社会生活功能评分低于干预前;且观察组躯体功能评分高于对照组,社会生活功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组PSV、EDV高于干预前,RI低于干预前;且观察组PSV、EDV高于对照组,RI低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合火龙罐综合灸能有效改善气虚血瘀型顽固性面瘫患者的症状,提高患者生活质量和治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with dragon pot integrated moxibustion in patients with intractable facial paralysis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 220 patients with intractable facial paralysis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 110 cases in each group.The control group received routine acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation and nursing,and the observation group was treated with dragon pot integrated moxibustion on the basis of control group,the intervention lasted for two weeks.H-B facial nerve function grading scale,facial disability index scale,and resistance index(RI),end diastolic velocity(EDV),and peaksy stolic velocity(PSV)in the mandibular segment of the affected lateral artery between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared;the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the facial nerve function grading in both groups were better than before intervention,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of physical function was higher than before intervention,while the score of social life function was lower than before intervention;and the score of physical function in observation group was higher than that in control group,while the score of social life function was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,PSV and EDV of two groups were higher than before intervention,while RI was lower than before intervention;and PSV and EDV of observation group were higher than those of control group,while RI was lower thanthat of control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with dragon pot integrated moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with intractable facial paralysis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,improve the quality of life and treatment effect.
