摘要
食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌等消化道肿瘤是全球常见的主要肿瘤,无论是作为新发病例还是死亡原因均排在前列。随着吻合器及吻合口技术的发展,其手术治疗方式更加成熟、有效。但随之而来的各种吻合口相关疾病,尤其是吻合口肿瘤复发,严重影响患者预后,早期发现、诊断吻合口复发有重要意义。本文对诊断消化道吻合口复发的各种影像诊断方式进行综述,为早期诊断消化道吻合口复发提供更加准确的影像手段,也为临床早期干预、早期治疗提供诊断依据。
Gastrointestinal tumors,including esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,and colorectal cancer,are major and prevalent tumors globally,ranking among the top causes of both new cases and deaths.Advances in staplers and anastomotic techniques have led to more mature and effective surgical treatments for these tumors.However,various anastomotic-related complications,especially anastomotic tumor recurrence,significantly impact patient prognosis,underscoring the importance of early detection and diagnosis of anastomotic recurrence.This article reviews various imaging diagnostic methods for diagnosing anastomotic recurrence in gastrointestinal tumors,aiming to provide more accurate imaging tools for early diagnosis and serve as a diagnostic basis for early clinical intervention and treatment.
