摘要
为掌握浏阳市羊价值链各环节总体状况,分析链条中疫病传播风险点及行为,提升羊疫病防控工作的针对性和科学性,通过问卷调查、座谈交流与实地走访相结合的方式,对浏阳市29个乡镇(街道)的222家养殖场户、128个贩运经纪人、1个交易市场、1个无害化处理中心及5个屠宰摊户展开了调查。结果显示:全市养殖环节规模化程度低,饲养模式以自繁自养为主,大部分养殖户年龄在40岁以上,疫病防控意识薄弱;调运环节贩运经纪人行为复杂,如71.43%的经纪人同批次收购不同养殖场户羊,96.43%经纪人直接进入生产区栏舍选购羊只等;屠宰环节无羊定点屠宰点,屠宰点为集镇农贸市场,屠宰人员防护意识较差。结果表明:浏阳市羊价值链各环节皆存在动物疫病防控风险点,需加强养殖场规范管理与建设,加强从业人员的健康教育培训及经纪人监督管理,加大调运监管力度,强化调运车辆的备案管理与清洗消毒,推进羊定点屠宰点建设,全面提升疫病综合防控能力,促进产业一体化健康发展。
In order to investigate the status of each link of sheep value chain in Liuyang City to analyze risk points and behaviors leading to disease transmission in the chain and to improve the pertinence and scientificity of the prevention and control of sheep diseases,an investigation was conducted for 222 farms/households,128 brokers,1 market,1 rendering plant and 5 slaughtering slabs/butchers in 29 townships(sub-districts)across the city by way of a combination of questionnaire,interview and on-site visit.The results showed that,for sheep production,the level of large-scale was low,self-supportive mode was mainly used,and most farmers were over 40 years old with poor awareness of disease prevention and control;for transportation,brokers acted in complex ways,for instance,71.43%of them bought sheep from different farms/households in the same batch,while 96.43%directly entered production areas to select sheep;for slaughtering,no fixed-points for slaughtering were available,and the slaughtering points distributed in farmers'markets or bazaars in townships,where the operators were poorly aware of protection.In conclusion,there were risk points of animal disease prevention and control in all links of the sheep value chain in the city,which required to comprehensively improve capacity of disease prevention and control,and to promote the integrated and healthy development of the industry through construction and management of standardized farms,increasing training for operators on the knowledge of health,regulating brokers,strengthening supervision over transportation,improving registration management,cleaning and disinfection of vehicles,and pushing forward fixed-point slaughtering.
