摘要
为提高企业自主创新能力,培养职工综合素质,本文针对部分电力企业职工技术存在人才培育不到位、体制机制不完善、保障措施不完备、成果推广不畅通等现状,从搭建职工技术创新平台、完善职工技术创新体制机制、强化职工技术创新人才培育、加强职工技术创新成果转化等多个方面入手,提出一套行之有效的职工技术创新布局应用方案,以期为电力企业提供重要参考。
In order to improve the independent innovation ability of enterprises and cultivate the comprehensive quality of employees,this article takes the"power industry"as the background.In response to the current innovative situation of inadequate talent cultivation,imperfect institutional mechanisms,incomplete guarantee measures,and hindered achievement promotion among employees in the power industry,this article proposes an effective layout and application plan for employee technological innovation from five aspects:building an employee technological innovation platform,expanding employee technological innovation methods and methods,improving employee technological innovation system and mechanism,strengthening employee technological innovation talent cultivation,and strengthening the transformation of employee technological innovation achievements.This provides important basis and reference for similar work in power enterprises in the future.
