摘要
城乡规划与工程项目规划对于优化城乡资源配置、提升城乡基础设施建设水平至关重要。加强规划建设管理,确保项目质量,对城乡一体化进程具有积极推动作用。本文基于城乡一体化背景,对城乡规划与工程项目规划建设管理的现状与问题进行分析,并提出优化规划建设方案、健全规划管理体制、加大文化保护力度、维护城乡生态环境等改进措施,以期为相关工作提供借鉴与指导。
Urban and rural planning and project planning are crucial to optimize the allocation of urban and rural resources and improve the level of urban and rural infrastructure construction.Strengthening planning and construction management and ensuring the quality of various projects will play a positive role in promoting the process of urban-rural integration.Based on the background of urban-rural integration,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of urban and rural planning and engineering project planning and construction management,and puts forward improvement measures such as optimizing the planning and construction scheme,improving the planning and management system,strengthening cultural protection,and maintaining the urban and rural ecological environment,in order to provide reference and guidance for relevant workers.
