旋翼转速Nr跳变系统故障分析

摘要 直升机作为垂直起降和空中悬停的飞行器,其旋翼系统是保证飞行性能和安全性的关键部件。旋翼转速Nr是衡量旋翼工作状态的重要参数,直接关系到直升机的升力、操控性和稳定性。本文针对某型直升机关车过程中综显上旋翼转速Nr值跳变故障,建立故障树分析对应故障,通过测试设备排查故障,最终完成旋翼转速Nr值跳变现象的故障定位,为后续工作提供参考依据。 As a vertical takeoff and landing and hovering aircraft,the rotor system of a helicopter is a key component to ensure flight performance and safety.The rotor speed Nr is an important parameter for measuring the working state of the rotor,which directly affects the lift,maneuverability,and stability of the helicopter.This article focuses on the fault of rotor speed Nr jumping on the comprehensive display during the shutdown process of a certain type of helicopter.A fault tree is established to analyze the corresponding faults,and the faults are investigated through testing equipment.Finally,the fault location of the rotor speed Nr jumping phenomenon is completed,providing reference for subsequent work.
