摘要
推动省级公共数据回流有助于打破各部门、各层级间存在的条块分割数据壁垒,推动各级政府整合数据资源,是政府提供更优质的公共服务,开展“一网通办”“一网统管”,进行科学决策的重要支撑。本文通过分析研究数据回流框架,力图构建清晰的数据回流框架思路和技术路径,研究制定数据回流共享工作机制,从而指导和推动数据回流工作,为我国各层级政府机构的公共数据回流实践工作提供参考。
Promoting the return of provincial-level public data helps to break down the data barriers between departments and levels,and promotes the integration of data resources by governments at all levels.It is an important support for the government to provide better public services,carry out"one-stop service"and"one-stop management",and make scientific decisions.This article aims to construct a clear framework and technical path for data reflux by analyzing and researching the data reflux framework.It also studies and develops a mechanism for data reflux sharing,in order to guide and promote data reflux work and provide public data for government agencies at all levels in China Provide reference for reflux practice work.
