摘要
在农村经济改革持续深化的背景下,农村面源污染防治工作逐步成为重点,只有采取科学、有效的污染防治措施,保障农村土壤环境有效治理,才能为农业产业科学发展、乡村环境合理建设提供可靠保障。基于此,本文通过分析农村面源污染的来源,介绍农村面源污染对土壤化学性质、生物活动、微生物群落、酶活性产生的影响,并梳理农村面源污染的诱发原因,从宣传、立法、技术三个方面提出有效控制措施,旨在提升农村面源污染治理的科学性,为农村经济高质量发展和新农村建设提质增效提供有益参考和借鉴。
Under the background of the continuous deepening of rural economic reform,the prevention and control of rural non-point source pollution has gradually become the focus.Only by taking scientific and effective pollution prevention and control measures to ensure the effective management of rural soil environment can we provide reliable guarantee for the scientific development of agricultural industry and the reasonable construction of rural environment.Based on this,the paper first analyzed the sources of rural non-point source pollution,introduced the effects of rural non-point source pollution on the chemical properties of soil substances,biological activities,microbial communities and enzyme activities,and sorted out the causes of rural non-point source pollution.Finally,based on publicity,legislation and technology,effective control measures were proposed to improve the scientific treatment of rural non-point source pollution.It will create a strong driving force for the high-quality development of the rural economy and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of new rural construction.
