摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展和经济全球化的深入,农田水利建设管理在我国农业发展中的战略地位日益凸显。农田水利设施是实现农业可持续发展的关键环节,对促进经济社会发展具有重要影响。然而,当前农田水利建设管理存在很多问题,严重制约农田水利工程效益的发挥。本文以某农田水利项目为研究对象,着重分析该项目建设管理工作中存在的问题,提出项目建设期间的优化措施,为进一步规范农田水利施工作业提供参考与借鉴。
With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of economic globalization,the strategic position of agricultural water conservancy construction and management in China's agricultural development is increasingly prominent.As a major agricultural country,agricultural water conservancy facilities are a key link in achieving sustainable agricultural development and have a significant impact on enhancing the national economy.However,there are many problems in the current management of agricultural water conservancy construction,which seriously restrict the effectiveness of agricultural water conservancy projects.This article takes a certain agricultural water conservancy project as the research object,focuses on analyzing the problems in the construction and management of this project,points out optimization measures during the project construction period,further standardizes agricultural water conservancy construction operations,and provides reference and inspiration for similar projects.
