摘要
利用吸附浓缩气相质谱仪(AC-GCMS),在2020年12月至2021年11月对广州某区域的印刷行业、表面涂装行业涂料、油墨制造行业的12家重点工业企业的有组织排口的VOCs进行了离线监测。这些重点企业的VOCs排放的主要特征物质是乙酸乙酯、丙酮、2-丁酮、间/对二甲苯、甲苯,表明该区域的VOCs受涂料与油墨行业以及表面涂装行业等行业排放源的影响较大。本研究提供的数据和技术支持将有助于该区域实施有效的VOCs治理。
An adsorption concentration gas chromatography mass spectrometer(AC-GCMS)was employed to offline monitor the VOCs from the organized exhaust outlets of 12 key industrial enterprises in the printing industry,surface coating industry,and ink manufacturing industry in a certain region of Guangzhou from December 2020 to November 2021.The main characteristic substances of VOCs emissions from these key enterprises are ethyl acetate,acetone,2-butanone,m/p-xylene,and toluene,indicating that the VOCs in this region are significantly influenced by the emission sources from industries such as coatings and ink,as well as surface coating.The data and technical support provided by this study will help implement effective VOCs management in the region.
