摘要
细砂过滤器作为一种常见的压力式机械过滤器,在海水淡化系统中其主要功能是对原水预处理后的清水进行深度过滤处理,进一步去除清水中的悬浮物、胶体等杂质,降低水的SDI值,使其达到反渗透进水水质要求。以某典型工程项目为例,细砂过滤器单元总设计出力为650 m^(3)/h,共包含10台,单台设计处理水量为64 m^(3)/h。本文将以此项目细砂过滤器为研究对象,分析对比不同材质对细砂过滤器成本的影响,最终给出满足项目现场使用需求的安全、可靠、经济的选材及设计参数,以供类似项目借鉴。
The fine sand filter,as a common pressure type mechanical filter,is mainly used in seawater desalination systems to deeply filter the pretreated clean water,further remove suspended solids,colloids and other impurities in the clean water,reduce the SDI value of the water,and meet the requirements of reverse osmosis inlet water quality.Taking a typical engineering project as an example,the total design output of the fine sand filter unit is 650 m^(3)/h,which includes 10 units.Each unit is designed to process a fine sand filter with a water capacity of 64 m^(3)/h.This article will take the fine sand filter of this project as the research object,analyze and compare the impact of different materials on the cost of fine sand filters,and finally provide safe,reliable,and economical material selection and design parameters that meet the on-site use requirements of the project,for reference by similar projects.
