摘要
双氧水因其强氧化性和不稳定性,其储存安全问题日益受到关注。以一台储存质量分数为27.5%的双氧水储罐为例,从储罐的布置、材质、结构、安全设施、自控仪表及安全联锁等方面,探讨了双氧水储罐在设计过程的关键设计要点和注意事项,从而为双氧水储罐系统设计提供设计思路,提高工艺安全水平。
Because of its strong oxidation and instability,the storage safety of hydrogen peroxide has attracted more and more attention.Taking a 27.5% hydrogen peroxide storage tank as an example,discussing the key design points and precautions of the hydrogen peroxide storage tank in the design process from the aspects of tank layout,material,structure,safety facilities,automatic control instruments and safety interlocks.In this way,it provides design ideas for the design of hydrogen peroxide storage tank system and improves the level of process safety.
