摘要
分子筛膜撬装设备结构紧凑、工艺管道复杂、空间受限,对设备布置、管道布置提出更高的设计要求。三维软件PDSOFT具有智能化、可视化、效率高、准确率高等特点,广泛应用于化工项目工艺设计。以年处理1000 t废溶剂分子筛膜撬装设备为例,介绍PDSOFT数据库建立、模型建立、施工图及材料表输出等步骤,结果表明该软件能明显缩短设计工期、提高设计效率和材料统计准确率,为校审和施工提供直观模型。
Membrane skid-mounted equipment has compact structure,complicated process pipeline and limited space,which puts forward higher design requirements for equipment layout and pipeline layout.3D software PDSOFT has the advantages of intelligence,visualization,high efficiency and high accuracy,and is widely used in chemical project design.This paper introduces the steps of software database building,model building,construction drawing and material table output,for waste solvent membrane skid-mounted equipment with capacity of 1000 t/a.The result showed that PDSOFT can obviously shorten the design period,improve the design efficiency and the accuracy of material statistics,and provide an intuitive model for checking and construction.
