管道支架轻量化的设计与研究

摘要 为优化管道支架结构,减少原材料过度使用,提升经济效益与安全性,采用正交分析方法,以Ansys软件为模拟计算工具,探究支架长度、支腿高度、材料壁厚对支架强度的影响。结果显示,影响支架强度的因素由主到次的顺序为:材料壁厚>支架长度>支腿高度。在一定工况下,7#、8#支架材料使用量分别为0.039,0.044 m^(3),相比于目前工程中使用的42寸CSGS1标准支架,分别减少44.29%,37.14%的材料使用量。表明使用此种研究方法,在给定工况下,可以在一定程度上优化支架结构,减少原材料使用量,为低温支架以及常温支架轻量化实际应用提供一种解决问题的方法和理论性支撑。 In order to optimize the structure of supports,reduce excessive use of raw materials,and enhance economic benefits and safety,this paper explore the impact of support length,leg height,and material wall thickness on the strength of the support by adopting the orthogonal analysis method and using Ansys Workbench as the simulation calculation tool.The results show that the factors affecting the strength of the support are ranked in order from primary to secondary as follows:material wall thickness>support length>leg height.Under certain working conditions the material usage for the 7# and 8# supports is 0.039 and 0.044 m^(3) respectively,which is a decrease of 44.29% and 37.14% compared to the used 42-inch CSGS1 standard support in currently engineering projects.It is possible to optimize the structure of supports to a certain extent by using this research method,reduce the amount of raw materials used.And provide a problem-solving method and theoretical support for the practical application of lightweight cryogenic supports and room temperature supports.
