对甲苯基咪唑吲哚嗪二羧酸二甲酯的合成与表征

摘要 提出了一种高效的光催化合成方法,采用咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶类衍生物作为起始原料,与乙炔二羧酸二甲酯在特定的反应条件下进行环化加成反应。反应条件包括使用二叔丁基过氧化物作为氧化剂,钌盐光敏剂,二甲基亚砜作为溶剂,并在蓝光催化下进行反应。该方法实现了1-(对甲苯基)咪唑并[5,1,2-cd]吲哚嗪-6,7-二羧酸二甲酯的高效合成。通过核磁共振技术解析了目标产物的结构,确保了化合物的准确鉴定。并通过设计自由基捕捉实验与质谱分析相结合,进一步分析了可能的反应机理,推测了反应历程中的光催化环化加成过程,为后续类似结构的化合物设计和合成提供了重要的理论支持和实验依据。该研究不仅丰富了咪唑并吲哚嗪类化合物的合成路径,同时展示了绿色高效的光催化技术在复杂多环结构化合物制备中的潜力,具有广泛的应用前景。 An efficient photocatalytic synthesis method is proposed,using imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives as starting materials and cycloaddition reaction with dimethyl acetylene dicarboxylate under specific reaction conditions.The reaction conditions include using di-tert-butyl peroxide as an oxidant,a ruthenium salt photosensitizer,dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent,and reacting under blue light catalysis.This method achieves the efficient synthesis of 1-(p-tolyl)imidazo[5,1,2-cd]indolizine-6,7-dicarboxylate.The structure of the target product was analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance technology to ensure the accurate identification of the compound.By designing a free radical capture experiment combined with mass spectrometry analysis,the possible reaction mechanism was further analyzed,and the photocatalytic cycloaddition process in the reaction process was speculated,which provides important theoretical support and experimental basis for the subsequent design and synthesis of compounds with similar structures.This study not only enriches the synthetic route of imidazoindolizine compounds,but also demonstrates the potential of green and efficient photocatalytic technology in the preparation of complex multi-ring structure compounds,and has broad application prospects.
