摘要
为探讨不同粒径聚乙烯微塑料对土壤的影响,通过微塑料与土壤混合培养,研究不同粒径(10,100,500,1000,3000μm)微塑料对土壤各项指标的影响。结果显示:不同粒径微塑料均降低了土壤pH值、阳离子交换量、电导率、碱解氮含量、速效磷含量、速效钾含量,增加了土壤有机质含量,抑制了土壤蔗糖酶活性、脲酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、磷酸酶活性;微塑料的粒径越小,对土壤的影响越大;但随着时间的推移,微塑料对土壤的影响不明显。并且以后再研究微塑料对土壤的影响时,可以将土壤电导率、阳离子交换量、土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶作为关键指标进行关注。
In order to explore the effects of different particle sizes of polyethylene microplastics on soil,the effects of different particle sizes(10,100,500,1000 and 3000μm)of microplastics on soil indexes were studied by mixed culture of microplastics and soil.The results showed that microplastics with different particle sizes decreased soil pH value,cation exchange capacity,conductivity,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content,available phosphorus content and available potassium content,increased soil organic matter content,and inhibited soil invertase activity,urease activity,catalase activity and phosphatase activity.The smaller the particle size of microplastics,the greater the impact on soil.But with the passage of time,the influence of microplastics on soil is not obvious.And when studying the influence of microplastics on soil in the future,we can pay attention to soil conductivity,cation exchange capacity,soil urease,sucrase and peroxidase as key indicators.
